When it comes to Lake Monticello, one of my associates is the expert in the area. He lives there, plays there and works there. Always use an expert when buying (ask me why).

Fluvanna County is located South East of Charlottesville. One of the main draws to Fluvanna is the Lake Monticello Area. Here you can get a home on a lake at a great price and the commute to Charlottesville is about 30 minutes on beautiful county roads!

Lake Monticello is located about 30 minutes to Charlottesville. When you are looking for a home near a like that allows power boats this is an excellent option. Albemarle county does not allow ski-boats or jet-skis. Knowing the options available for your next real estate purchase is what our group of agents know best.
