A message from HENLEY MIDDLE SCHOOL
| Eighth grade parents,
Many of you are aware of the budgetary challenges the school system is facing in the upcoming school year and the planned move to a 4 X 4 schedule next year. I’m sure that these changes have left you with some questions about what this means for your child as they move to Western Albemarle High School next year. To help provide information on the budget and the 4 X 4 schedule, a parent forum is being help at WAHS at 7:00 on Monday, February 22 in the WAHS cafeteria. Billy Haun, assistant superintendent, and Matt Hass, director of secondary instruction, will be present to provide information and to answer questions. Parents of rising ninth graders are welcome to attend, and I hope that many of you can make it to the forum.
